If the nightmarish predictions come true and the Democratic Party comes out of the November election with the Presidency and a filibuster-proof Senate, then the American people will have elected the foxes to guard the henhouse.
The tab for the failed social experiment called “sub-prime mortgage lending” already is monstrous. To date, we taxpayers are on the hook for:
- - Bailing out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac: estimated $200,000,000,000.00.
- - Bailing out AIG: estimated $85,000,000,000.00.
- - Wall Street Bailout: $700,000,000,000.00.
Total so far: $985 BILLION.
The next item on the tab they are running in Washington will be $130,000,000,000.00 to buy equity shares in failing financial institutions. That will bring the count to $1.15 TRILLION.
In six months.
Can the Democrats really be trusted to solve this problem? Do you think so, really? Let’s look at the players.
The Community Reinvestment Act time bomb was armed in the 1990s by the Clinton Administration, which adopted a new interpretation of the CRA to force more risky loans by banks. One of the rules adopted paid finder’s fees to ACORN and other organizations for originating low-income loans. One of the persons who trained ACORN workers in the techniques of forcing banks to make risky CRA loans was Barack Obama.
There is clearly an alliance between Obama and ACORN. Knowing that ACORN workers had been convicted of voter registration fraud several times over a period of years, Obama paid $800,000.00 of campaign funds to ACORN to deliver voters. Obama also promised ACORN a voice in selecting his government team between the election and inauguration day. ACORN has been feverishly engaged in registering voters for Obama, by any means available, legal or illegal.
Members of Congress like Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) have made hay for years by strong-arming local banks to make risky, sub-prime loans to constituents. They did a standup job, as evidenced by the cascading defaults which are bringing down financial institutions. Yet they deny all responsibility, blame President Bush for a catastrophe which he tried to stop, and had the overweening gall to include a $20,000,000,000,00 piece of pork in the first Wall Street Bailout Bill for the benefit of ACORN!
So here’s the situation: it appears that we are on the hook for $1.15 TRILLION, for starters, to try to fix this mess - - with the fixing being done by the same chuckleheads who made the mess - - and at the same time, we, collectively, have absorbed a loss in value of our real estate, investments, and retirement funds estimated to be $14 TRILLION. See $14,000,000,000,000.00?!? Check, Please! The Democratic plan for solving this mess amounts to more taxes, more big-government programs, more spending, and more risky CRA loans brokered by ACORN.
Are we really going to elect the foxes to watch the henhouse?

Gerald F.: Thanks, and I like the “mopping up spilt ink with more spilt ink” - - all of it red ink, of course. I strongly suspect that what common sense remains in Washington, DC, is being devoted to propping up the financial system for long enough to permit the politicians and their Wall Street cronies to make their way to the exits.
Weird, and here i thought the Republicans had at least half the culpability over the past 24 years since they have ruled 2 out of 3 branches over that time at least (and 6 years of all 3 branch rule). So much for taking responsiblity…And also, who ran up 80% of your debt figure, oh yes, that would be Republican administrations, with bush accounting for 60% by himself (the vast majority done with a fully complient and same party congress). it’s seriously like you people are mentally bereft of any sense of reality…Learn to read little one, it might help you in the future.

The Davis Plan and Connections to Obama
In 1963, while serving in Navy Intelligence (from 1958-1967), I read the FBI file on Frank Marshall Davis. He had outlined the Communist plan to take over America from within, by installing educators at all levels of our educational system, gaining control of the media, getting Liberal judges appointed, recruiting, training and backing people to be elected to public office. I have researched every piece of legislation I can find that the Liberal Democrats have passed since the early sixties, and if you will research for yourself, you will find that they have been slowly moving this country towards Socialism. When Obama announced he was running for President as an unknown with only one major speech at the DNC (that the DNC and MSM made so much fuss over), he aroused my old Intel suspicions. So I started researching. I have not found any evidence to convince me he is a Muslim, but I did find his radical associations were unusual. I found that Frank Marshall Davis, who had fled from Chicago to Hawaii in 1948 because of the FBI investigation, met Obama in Hawaii when Obama was 12 years old, and was Obama’s mentor from then till Davis died in 1987. Davis put Obama in touch with the Socialist Party in Chicago (called the New Party) which Ayers is also a member of, therefore the first “Planned” contact with Ayres. The New Party helped launch and finance Obama’s political Career. Obama…..selected, trained, groomed, and scripted to become the “puppet” leader of the United Socialist States of America.Since I am in the 4th and final stage of congestive heart failure and will be lucky to live long enough to see the next President take office, why should this election matter to me? Why does Obama’s statement, that he wants a “National Civilian Security Force” as strong and as well-funded as our military (conjuring up images of the old-style USSR police state) matter to me? IT’S SIMPLE… I LOVE AMERICA
Economic Collapse By Design, How Socialists Pushed Obama to the Top
I am as insignificant as a speck of dust in the universe, but I love this country. I gave many years of my life and health in service to America, and like the old preacher said, “I’ll gnaw on the devil till my teeth fall out, then I’ll gum him to death”. Obama is an evil cloud over this country — a cloud of One World Rule by radical Socialists with two classes of people: the “elite” ruling class who control the wealth and resources, and the poor workers who depend on the ruling class for their existence. The dishonest radical Socialists who call themselves Democrats, used an unpopular war, charges of corruption (many false), and the “tell a lie until it becomes truth” tactic to win control of both houses. They did everything they could to cause America to lose in Iraq just to win elections, and hoped to ride the same jackass into the White House. In June, the surge was working so well they had to go to plan “B” which was already in place, but just had to be executed. From 2001 until the present day, Democrats blocked every attempt to rein in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (Republican attempts are on record). This was the first part of plan “B”. Check the numbers: from 2001 — 2006, the economy was growing at a steady pace, the stock market was setting new records, jobs were being created, and gas was $2.16 a gallon. Since 2007, the stock market has tanked, the economy has tanked, jobs are being lost, and gas is about $4.00 a gallon. What happened????? Democrats executed the second part of plan “B” by having their ultra wealthy cronies manipulate the stock market and futures markets so they could set out to tank the American Economy. They care nothing about the American people, they only care about gaining power.
The Real Barack Obama: The Scattered Links of a Thousand Broken Chains
Gathering information is like going through the scattered links of a thousand broken chains and connecting the links that match. Obama’s links since birth have Radical and Socialist stamped on them, with kind of murky stamps of Muslim, Black Separationist, and Black Supremist. The beast with many heads, which one controls. Obama, with no experience, no accomplishments, makes one speech at the DNC in 2003, and suddenly he is the Presidential nominee. Who is his puppet master? who is pulling his strings?Some links in Obama’s chain of associations, I haven’t found yet. I’m currently looking for information about Obama’s parents possibly having connections to Frank Marshall Davis in Chicago, before Davis fled to Hawaii, and more of the connections between all of them and Ayres, Rezko and the others. Anyone willing to help with this research would be appreciated. But the events outlined above, and in my previous post, “Barack Obama Groomed By Socialists” are matching links that can’t be ignored.
A book never written
My original idea when I started research on the Liberal (Socialist) Democrats and their plan since the 1960’s to Move America to a Socialist controlled country, was to write a book. The search of the most liberal democrats in the House and Senate, their bills passed and sponsored, was relatively easy, but time consuming. Tying in the Socialist Party”s plans, with selecting, training, scripting, and backing persons running for elective office, and the spectacular rise of an unknown, inexperienced, unaccomplished Illinois State Politico, Follows the blueprint of the plan Frank Marshal Davis outlined back in the late 1940’s. Scoialists have already taken over our educationals system, and the indoctronation of students has been going on for at least 30 years. The Socialists have almost total control of the MSM, and with Obama in the White House, and a Socialist controlled House and Senate, you can be sure the Fariness Doctrine will be passed, and the First Admendment will be virtually removed, as eventually the second will be. If you don’t believe the dishonest Socialists who call themselves Democrats have not been working to control America, and enslave you, make you dependent for your existence on the ruling class who control the wealth and resources, thin I hope you enjoy live on the “plantation”. I could list every item of my reasearch that led me to this conclusion, and a lot of people would not even believe then, so I say to them, don’t take my word, do your own research, if I as computer illiterate as I am can do it anyone with a computer can do it, don’t rely on what the media says, go to public records.
