Said Ken Blackwell, Republican and former Ohio secretary of state, on Fox News’ Greta van Sustern’s show Friday, Oct. 10: “I think it’s outrageous that someone would suggest that there is not enough evidence to be highly suspicious of a rogue organization like ACORN. . . This is an organization that has a history of voter fraud. This is an ogranization that in at least 12 states are [sic] under investigation.”
For example, the voter registrar for Jackson County, Missouri, said last week on Fox News’ Greta van Sustern show that were at least 1,000 fraudulent voter registrations she’d found. One person registered 11 times in one day! She indicated she was turning this over to the FBI. ACORN appears to be at the bottom of this.
Last Friday, a 19-year-old black male from Ohio said he’d been bribed by ACORN over the past 18 months to register 72 times.
On and on it goes. Nevada. Pennsylvania. Other battleground states.
Unless there is massive, immediate, nationwide FBI intervention, it appears that Obama, via ACORN and super-biased Democrat secretaries of state in states — can you spell O-H-I-O and Jennifer Brunner? — will steal this election.
This outrage must not be allowed. Liberty is too precious for the fascists to steal our country.
Obama Born In Kenya? His Grandmother Says Yes

Someone is lying. According to Obama’s Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.
Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate’s past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?
A few months back, a birth certificate WAS posted on the internet which shows that Obama was born in Hawaii. Yet some say this birth certificate is a forgery and again, his grandmother states that she was present at the birth, in Kenya. So what is the truth?
One explanation is that Obama’s mother Ann Dunham, flew to Kenya in 1961 with Obama’s father to meet his family. According to some news reports, Ann Dunham, was not accepted well by her husband’s family because she was white:
“Obama’s family did not take to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama very well, because she was white, according to Sarah Obama. Shortly after she arrived in Kenya Stanley Ann decided to return to Hawaii because she later said, she did not like how Muslim men treated their wives in Kenya. However, because she was near term the airline would not let her fly until after the birth of her baby. Obama’s grandmother said the baby—Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.—was born in Kenya and that shortly after he was born, Stanley Ann returned to Hawaii.”
However, by the time she wanted to leave Kenya, it was during the late stages of her pregnancy. She was not able to board a plane because the airlines wouldn’t allow women so close to birth to fly. It is instead believed, that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya as his grandmother apparently stated. Then, after he was born, his mother returned with him to Hawaii where his birth was REGISTERED on or about August 8th, 1961, in the public records office in Hawaii.
There is also a discrepancy in what hospital Barack Hussein Obama was born in, even if he was born in Hawaii. Reports by his own sister in two separate interviews state that he was born at two different hospitals– Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital–in Honolulu.
The Times Herald even reports: “the senator’s grandmother, brother and sister, who live in Kenya, believe they were present during Obama’s birth in the African country.” Here, the Times Herald uses the word that his family ‘believe’ he was born in Kenya (perhaps to avoid possible law suits by Obama’s Truth Squad?).

Great post. I believe it is up to 13 States now. I also heard rumor that the FED’s are going to be filing RICO charges against ACORN as early as tomorrow. Obama is knee deep in this and has been lying to cover his tracks. Yesterday Obama tell lies (smear) site was busy rewriting so called facts. Obama gave these corrupt pukes almost $1 million to commit voter fraud. He knew the organization well and wanted this fraud to steal the election.
The only way this becomes “voter fraud” is if the people actually vote. At this point it’s registration fraud, not voter fraud. By most accounts the local boards of election are on it and are dealing with the problems. Bottom line: Mickey Mouse, the Dallas Cowboys and 40,000 John Smiths aren’t going to be voting in Ohio.
These phony registrations are a big problem, but they are a far cry from voter “caging” which has been deemed by federal courts to be illegal yet continues to be practiced by the RNC and state-based GOP activists. Caging activities in Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina and Colorado have caused tens of thousands of voters to be purged, usually illegally.
Anybody who is truly concerned about election fraud should look up the term “caging” and find out how it’s done. Then go online to http://www.canivote.org and find out if you are registered because if you live in a battleground state and are part of a demographic that leans Democrat, chances are you’re not.
That’s how you steal an election.
I am really weary of needing to police everything everyone does. This may not be voter fraud but it leads to it. A lot of moneyy and manpower is expended to battle this evil. In some cases, workers know they don’t have time to purge the system. In other cases, they may not want to purge the system.
Voting is a privilege. I believe everyone should get off their lazy bottoms and go to an authorized registrar. If you are disabled, then an election official should come to you.
These people have made the whole process obscene. It is grossly disrespectful to pay ACORN workers to sign-up these ignorant or malicious people.

So it’s voter fraud — yes, I know; they haven’t voted yet, so it’s registration fraud, technically speaking, but, hey, everybody calls it “voter,” so I will; and registration fraud begets voter fraud, right? - from the Democrats, liberals and leftists versus caging — here’s a link to a old story at Slate about it, “Raging caging” — from the Republicans and conservatives, eh?
BTW: According to FNC, “Election officials in Ohio’s most populous county have called on the prosecuting attorney to investigate alleged voter registration fraud by the community organizing group ACORN.”
Further, “The bipartisan Cuyahoga County Board of Elections voted unanimously Monday to ask prosecutor Bill Mason to investigate four incidents of people signing multiple voter registration forms at the request of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform.
“One of those voters, 19-year-old Freddie Johnson, told FOX News that he signed 73 voter registration forms over a five-month period.
“The Cleveland resident said he was trying to help paid ACORN solicitors collect signed registrations, and he did not understand the proper voter-registration procedures.
“The group was ‘trying to get signatures so they can make their money, and I was trying to help them,’ Johnson said.”
Guess I was wrong about the number of fraudlent times he’d registered.
Great post CKA. Just as with violations of campaign finance laws, nobody seems to get around to policing voter fraud until after the election, when it is really academic.
I don’t know the mechanism for stopping this (probably, as you say, the FBI, or the U.S. Attorney), but what we need is for a judge to rule (as one did in Ohio, only to be overturned on appeal) that the registrations must be verified before any associated votes will be counted.
This is key: ACORN registrations nationwide must be presumed invalid and of no effect until verification is objectively and completely satisfied. The law must put the penalty on ACORN to get it right, revoke their tax-exempt status, and black-list them from registering any more voters until it can be proven by random sampling that at least 99.99% of their registrations are valid.
You have to systemically reject this behavior and tell people that ACORN is not a recognized voter registration group.

I think you’re on to something: Put the onus on ACORN to prove that their regisrations are legit.
I’m sure the Demoliberalleftists and their OMSM mouthpieces would scream.
And I”m sure that in such screaming, they would say, yet, once again, that this is just more crass racism from those who are either Republicans or conservatives or, really, anyone who doesn’t agree with them.

As Ken Blackwell said, they have a history of fraud. There needs to be a penalty for that.
That said, how is it that the Demockacrats put in one of their pork-barrel versioins of the so-called “bailout bill” for gazillions of dollars to go to ACORN?
Why is it that it appears that the Demockacrats, liberals and leftists really care nothing for our country anymore and seem, pretty much always, to be giving us the one-finger salute from both of their combined hands?
They really do think we’re stupid.
And that’s dangerous thinking on their part.
