Michael Wooten is not exactly the bet the best state trooper in the world. As you can see from these scans of the readily available official documents of the investigation into his conduct, which began under Governor Frank Murkowski, he has some serious issues, including tasering a ten-year-old boy and drinking beer while driving and on duty in his patrol car.
