Jill Greenberg was hired by the Atlantic to do a photo shoot of John McCain to accompany an article for the liberal journal The Atlantic. What she did is very revealing of the vile toxicity of liberalism today.
John McCain and a few of his staff probably came to this shoot with their antennae up. After [...]

From a McCain Democrat’s Journal, September 14, 2008
This election cycle, there seems to be an unusually high number of “Purple” states - - the battleground states where the election could go either way. But the biggest prize for McCain and Palin may be a “Blue” state . . . and not Washington State (although that [...]

Nevermind the controversy over the cover photoshoot, read the Jeffery Goldberg article instead. Much more interesting.

Reading this article at American Thinker by Judy Gruen about being a lonely conservative reminded me of an idea I have been toying with in the back of my mind the last few days. Timing is the key to everything, isn’t it? American politics is all about the pendulum swinging, just as fashion trends and [...]

As I pointed out in an earlier post, it’s time for Hollywood to get political again, even Lindsay Lohan feels that she’s capable of throwing a few stones. That’s right, even the cocaine snorting, drunken high priestess, Lindsay Lohan, is feeling pretty righteous these days.
Lindsay says that she cannot bite her tongue anymore when it comes to [...]

From a McCain Democrat’s Journal, September 14, 2008
The critical state-by-state polls are coming fast now that the conventions are done and what they show is solidifying support in the “Red States” for the McCain-Palin ticket. Red States which Obama hoped to turn into battlegrounds are slipping away and the focus is shifting to a very [...]

Don’t you love to say, “I told you so”?
Obama used to dish out the Kool-Aid that he was a “new candidate” offering a “new politics” of “hope” and “change.” And his believers swallowed it by the gallon. Why, Barack Obama - who has literally replaced Jesus Christ as the central figure of history - can [...]

The zero military experience is starting to show.
US Democratic presidential contender Barack Obama has said he will only proceed with installing a US missile shield base in Poland if it does not target Russia, Poland’s foreign minister said Thursday.
DID HE SAY TARGET RUSSIA WITH SHIELDS ?!?!
Yeah I remember when I was just 6 and my friends [...]

Looking at the headlines this morning, it struck me that Obama’s in a bad place if his campaign has no plan - a number of them are screaming at him to change tack, offering advice and suggestions as to how to up his game. He will be in a world of hurt if he listens [...]

In a presidential election battle that has turned into a war of the sexes, Sarah “Barracuda” Palin taunted Barack “Slim Shady” Obama for not picking Hillary Rodham Clinton as his running mate.
In her first interview with ABC, Palin took careful aim at Obama’s decision to pass Clinton over as his vice presidential pick. “I think [...]

Barack Obama’s press secretary Bill Burton has accused presidential hopeful John McCain of “the sleaziest and least honorable campaign in modern presidential campaign history.”
After all of the attacks on Sarah Palin’s family and John McCain’s war record I would be inclined to agree, although not for the same reasons as would Obama.
Obama Campaign Complaints About [...]

In the past couple of weeks, John McCain has been building his lead over Barack Obama. His choice of Sarah Palin as a running mate accomplished two goals. First, it struck a resonant note with Hillary Clinton supporters in the Democratic Party. Secondly, it called into question the general perception that feminism is inseparably connected [...]

Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has unified the Right. Senator Barack Hussein Obama has divided the Left. The remaining 52 days until the general election will be interesting to watch.
The wheels have come off Obama’s vaunted and hugely immodest campaign. “Change” just doesn’t sell as well as it used to and the “change we’ve been [...]
