In a poll that doesn’t even include respondents who watched the Palin speech on Thursday night, the most recent CBS numbers show the effects of the Democratic convention and the selection of Palin as Vice President, and it isn’t pretty for the Obama camp. Gone is the eight point lead they had held in the [...]

I had to laugh when I heard Barack Obama’s plaintive whining about Sarah Palin last night. I got the mental image of a kid sniffing while describing how a mean girl beat him up on the way home from school:
Wednesday night on stage in St. Paul, both Sarah Palin and Rudy Giuliani belittled Obama’s work [...]

You’ve probably heard the story: two men on a camping trip suddenly see this terrifying Grizzly Bear come come charging down a hill toward them. The first guy, seeing the bear coming, calmly starts putting on his shoes. The second, guy, panic-stricken, says, “You fool! You can’t run faster than a bear!” The second finishes [...]

Outside of the wackos on the left, it’s unanimous. From Hillary supporters to dyed in the wool conservatives and the independents in between, Sarah Palin gave a fantastic speech last night that even left some wishing she were on the top of the ticket. A blog review:

The Democrats are big believers in the wall of separation between church and state. Unfortunately, they have a way of stepping from behind the wall to take potshots at scripture. Christians are outraged at Obama’s public statements ridiculing their religious faith. They have a PAC called “Our Country deserves better, in which they put together [...]

The last few days, Sarah Palin has taken an unprecedented beating at the hands of the news media. As the press piled on the McCain Palin bounce seemed to evaporate.Last night, the Palins showed up at the convention. They were calm and poised. They looked like a regular American family. They appeared unshaken by the [...]

On Wednesday, September 3, the Republicans proved that they didn’t need $6,000,000.00 of window-dressing to get the message out. The excitement was palpable as a lineup of well-known speakers paved the way for Sarah Palin’s acceptance speech.
Mike Huckabee got the crowd warmed up; Mitt Romney Kept them jumping - - and Rudy Giulani gave one [...]

Sarah Palin’s speech was absolutely devastating last night. How do I know that? Because every reporter and their talking pony had to specifically mention that it was written for her.
Google “Sarah Palin didn’t write her speech” and you’ll see that there’s your new liberal narrative.

On the other hand, you have a resume from a gifted man with an Ivy League education. He worked as a community organizer, and immersed himself in Chicago machine politics. Then he ran for the state legislature - where nearly 130 times he was unable to make a decision yes or no. He simply voted [...]

Nearly one hour after the Palin speech comes to an end and DailyKos hasn’t come up with anything original. They are spent and out of luck. They have witnessed the face of their vanquisher and are desperately beating the same old drum.
(weeping) But she was FOR the ‘bridge to nowhere’ before she was against it! [...]
