Do The Polls Reveal Obama’s “Cellphone” Vote?

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

From a McCain Democrat’s Journal, September 30, 2008.
One of the recurring myths of the Obama campaign holds that there is a huge, un-polled cache of cellphone users - - mostly young voters - - which will appear from nowhere on election day to carry Barack to victory. Is there a way to identify and estimate [...]

Why Barney Frank Can Stick His ‘Republicans With Hurt Feelings’ Remark

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

Yesterday, just before the House vote on the $700 billion bailout, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi delivered a speech in which she essentially called Republicans corrupt and stupid, laid the entire blame for the financial disaster at Bush’s and Republicans’ feet

Children Sing Praises To Dear Leader Obama

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

In North Korea, Kim Jung Il has led his nation to disaster. Two million have starved to death during the past ten years…

Requesting a bit of sanity on the bailout bill

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

I am one of the few conservative bloggers who feels we need a bailout bill, at least of some type. In fact, I’ve received a talking-points memo to start referring to it as an “economic stabilization package”. Okay, there you go.

Pelosi = Bonehead - - Speaker Touts Another Infamous Roorback

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

Finally I have a reply to the trolls who leave the “comment” on my posts, “Bush=McCain.” Without a doubt, Pelosi=Bonehead. At a time when at least an outward show of bipartisanship would be helpful, the lamebrained Speaker of the House insisted on blaming the Wall Street financial meltdown on George Bush and the Republican Party.

“Know-nothing parochial” Palin to “moose” Obama, HuffPo frets

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Mouthpiece of Obama, he who hides behind women’s skirts, especially now, HuffPo frets: “Is Obama now going to let himself get moosed by a parochial Alaskan know-nothing because she’s a woman?” Well, yes.
Actually, Palin and McCain are going to “moose” — I’m just guessing here, but surely HuffPo meant just to defeat, though the unintended implication of [...]

Floridians now bet on McCain

Monday, September 29th, 2008

In a poll taken yesterday, the Tampa-St. Pete area chose McCain and Republicans for all questions posed—including who wins in November and who’s reaching out to whom.

In its Sept. 5 survey, SurveyUSA, on behalf of WFLA-TV in Tampa and depending on what questions were asked, polled approximately 500–600 people in the Tampa-Saint Petersburg (Sarasota) Designated Market Area, [...]

Is community organizer Obama now hiding behind Jesus?

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Barack Obama now claims that he did some community organizing on behalf of some churches in South Side Chicago. Did he? Or is he just pandering to some calling themselves Christian to get their vote?
Investor’s Business Daily editorializes it this way, in “Community Organizer in Chief,” about Obama’s assertion: ”Barack Obama claims he worked for a ’small group [...]

Jews surrender integrity, Palin to Obamacrat fascists

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Have this generation’s Jews gone meshugganah? They are crazy, if they’ve forgotten that you do not surrender to megalomaniac fascists, whether white, from Bavaria and German speaking; or black/biracial, from Illinois and English mumbling. What else explains Sarah Palin’s disinvitation to the rally next week in New York City against Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad?
I hope the event’s organizers, who yielded to pressure [...]

McCain at 50%, leads Obama by 3%

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Teeth must be gnashing at DNC and Obama headquarters about Rasmussen reporting in its dailies that McCain has now reached 50 percent and leads Obama by 3 percent.
From Rasmussen’s analysis: “Rasmussen Markets data gives McCain a 52.4 % chance of victory while expectations for Obama are at 47.0 %. These figures are updated on a 24/7 basis [...]

Biden spouting Communist Party line now?

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Campaigning in North Carolina, Joe Biden said electing Barack Obama would be “transformative” because of Obama’s skin color. That’s exactly what the Communist Party USA said July in its newspaper. Coincidence or coordination?
According to the Citizen-Times of Asheville, N.C., Biden said recently in Charlotte, N.C., “That [election of a black person, Barack Obama] will be a transformative event in American politics [...]

Do Obama supporters seek civil and cultural discord?

Monday, September 29th, 2008

should be “jailed” and Democracts are “fundamentally more decent people” — or that people in the Red States are “dupes” – I’m reminded how deeply Barack Obama has tapped into hatred, bitterness and class arrogance in America that foster dangerous civil and cultural, including racial, discord.  That nauseates, infuriates and scares me.
“There is no evidence to support that the current incarnation of the Republican-hyphen-conservative movement has any [...]

Palin Ties Liberal Women’s Panties in a Knot

Monday, September 29th, 2008

I shouldn’t be, but I am stunned at how some women fear Alaska’s current governor and fighter-pilot John McCain’s VPOTUS pick.

This morning, I got an e-message from a long-time friend who’s been living in New York City for 30+ years. Liberal-leftist-ish, and though a mother, she’s definitely a “feminist.”

She forwarded something originating from a California [...]

More “hand-wringing, bed-wetting” ahead for Democrats

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Speaking of Obama’s campaign’s nose dive and angst among his fretting faithful, his campaign manager David Plouffe said Friday, ”I’m sure between now and Nov. 4 there will be another period of hand-wringing and bed-wetting. It comes with the territory.”  Yessir, that’s encouragement: Get out the diapers, hand lotion, worry stones and towels.
Ploufe’s comments come in a Sept. 12 International Herald Tribune [...]

Does moral relativism, not absolutism, guide America?

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Have America’s ethical scales tilted now to moral relativism? That would explain, in part, liberals’ and leftists’ ongoing orgiastic adoration of Barack Obama and deranged detestation of Sarah Palin and John McCain. That would also clarify the unfolding moral anarchy.
Democrat pollster Mark Mellman suggested the shift, writing in his recent opinion “Another Country” in the [...]

Bring criminal charges against Obama–now!

Monday, September 29th, 2008

If what Amir Taheri writes in today’s New York Post is correct, that Barack Obama negotiated with the Iraqi’s to slow troop withdrawal until after November’s election, then formal charges need to be brought against Obama for violating the Logan Act.

Calling Bull on the Missouri Spin

Monday, September 29th, 2008

As the world turns, so does the “story” as it’s being told in Missouri regarding the Obama campaign’s mafia-style attempt to enlist the law enforcement community in Missouri to help counter “misleading” ads. As winterrider pointed out in a story earlier today, the original reporter is now stating that it was all blown out of proportion, that law enforcement and prosecutors will only inform the people running the ads that they are incorrect. He also points out that McCain has his own “Truth Squad” of sorts and that this is not all that unusual.

Nancy Pelosi: A Pointing Finger and Not a Helping Hand

Monday, September 29th, 2008

At a time when financial markets are in a precarious state, the particulars of a solution should be of overriding imprtance. This is why Nancy Pelosi’s partisan blast at the Republicans right before a vote on a bailout bill is truly bewildering.
The reports of Pelosi’s remarks are mind boggling. There is a tone of calm [...]

Nancy Pelosi Partisan Attack Caused Republican Bailout Revolt

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Nancy Pelosi is a partisan ideologue shrew to her very core.  She just can’t help herself.
Even as she demanded that 100 Republicans in the House join her in a bipartisan effort, she viciously attacked Republicans and blamed them for pretty much everything.  She’s out saying, “The — what we have now is a manmade disaster, [...]

Supreme Court LIBERALS Blocked States From Regulating Financial System

Monday, September 29th, 2008

We have literally been deluged with claims that it was the Republicans who prevented effective regulations that would have prevented the Housing Finance tsunami.

Democrats Refused To Regulate GSEs, Created Financial Tsunami

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Over the past several days, the airwaves have been flooded with statements by Democrats and by the media “intelligentsia” that the financial crisis was created due to the atmosphere of deregulation that dominated during the last 8 years of the Bush administration and Republican rule.

Missouri Democrats Go into Damage Control Mode

Monday, September 29th, 2008

A firestorm of disapproval is raining from the blogosphere in the aftermath of reports of a “truth squad” composed of city prosecutors. John Mills of KMOV TV clarified the “truth squads” as follows in an article on the KMOV website.
