The Democratic National Committee today launched a new web video called “Absolute Disgrace” that shows John McCain calling the current mechanism for funding Social Security an “absolute disgrace” and demonstrates his preferred alternative: President Bush’s failed plan to privatize Social Security. The DNC also announced that it will be shipping to state parties thousands of [...]

According to the Washington Times, at a meeting in Pontiac Michigan last week Michelle Obama was talking about the recent economic stimulus package.
You’re getting $600 - what can you do with that? Not to be ungrateful or anything, but maybe it pays down a bill, but it doesn’t pay down every bill every month,” she [...]

According to Americans for Tax Reform, July 17 is the “cost of government day“. That is, the day Americans stop working to pay for the enormous burden placed on us by the government. One might find it odd that this day comes later in the year than “tax freedom day” but if you think about [...]

That is a little harsh, John. I don’t think any of us can really put our fingers on exactly what Obama might or might not do. Foreign police has four steps. One) Stick finger in mouth. Two) Hold wet finger in the wind. Three) Evaluate political ramifications. Four) Speak vaguely.

I’m not sure about The Heritage Foundation, but my concern is that the Middle East is going to become like an episode of Mythbusters that explores nothing but the use of nuclear weapons to destroy things. Then, of course, they will have the European edition and the American edition.

This is an ad just released for the DNC Convention. Actually, it’s more an ad for the acceptance speech, which will be held at Mile High Stadium, consciously continuing the new Camelot theme. The stadium holds 76,000 people, and if Obama decides to punt a Clinton, they’ll travel farther in the thin air.

ARLINGTON, VA — Today, eleven retired Admirals and Generals signed the following letter in support of John McCain and his candidacy for President of the United States:

Today, the Bureau of Labor Statistics released new jobs figures for June. THE PRESIDENT: Good morning. I want to thank Secretary Kempthorne and Secretary Bodman for joining me. For many Americans, there is no more pressing concern than the price of gasoline. Actually, it’s a Fox News video via American Solutions. Senator McConnell accepts the Drill Here, Drill Now petition with 1.3 million signatures. Thanks in large part to the Democrat controlled, incompetent and irresponsible House and Senate, economic news seems to get worse every day. With the Democrats sabotaging our economy on so many different levels, it only makes sense for John McCain to choose Mitt Romney as his running mate.
Governor Romney has a proven track record as [...]
