The Green Party of the United States of America hopes to get itself on the ballot in 40 states plus the District of Columbia, but time is running out.  Successful third-parties need strong grassroots movements, and the Green Party needs help now.  There is no political party in America that is so in tune with the progressive movement as the Green Party, and, if you are a progressive, they deserve your assistance.

If they can gain 5% of the popular vote in this election, they will be able to avoid these battles to get on each state ballot in the future.  Go to Cynthia McKinney’s site and volunteer your time and money (some states require a certain amount of funds to be raised in the state) to help the Green Party.
